Take a look at my saucy buns. It's becoming more and more difficult to write up posts with the looming deadline of my dissertation. However, what better way to procrastinate, than making burgers - Indian style. Everyone loves curry, and everyone loves burgers so why not combine the two? Burgers:

Start by chopping the onion, garlic and chillies and mix with the spices. Get your hands dirty and combine the lamb mince into the mixture. Form round patty shapes and sprinkle a bit of flour over them. On a high heat, cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side. Burgers, assemble! I melted some Red Leicester and cheddar cheese on to the top of the patties, alongside a generous dollop of mango chutney.
