One of my favourite things in life is peanut butter. I can easily wolf down a jar in minutes...ok slight exaggeration but you get the point. These cookies are addictive and great for sharing (if you must!) For this recipe, I prefer smooth peanut butter and I throw in some white chocolate chips for good measure but you can use crunchy peanut butter and whatever extras take your fancy. Preheat oven: 180 degrees You will need: Begin by mixing the butter and sugar together in a bowl. Next add the peanut butter and egg to the mix. Followed by the flour. I find it easiest to add small amounts of flour at a time to keep a consistent, smooth texture. Then the choccy chips...mmm I couldn't resist.. Once you think your mixture looks just about right, divide your mixture into small, even balls on a baking tray. Depending on how big you like your cookies, you may wish to make a smaller quantity but make sure you leave enough room in between each cookie. Bake your cookies for 15-20 minutes.
And you're done, Enjoy with a glass of milk for an extra indulgence!
